Summary: Parker County Brewing Company, a mainstay of The Shops at Willow Park, is planning to move into its own building, on the same campus as its current location. WP's PC Brewing Co. is moving - but not far.
Parker County Brewing Company, a mainstay of The Shops at Willow Park, is planning to move into its own building, on the same campus as its current location. The new location is on the east side of The District, part of the Willow Park North Development [WPC Blog, 24 May 2022]
During the 06 December 2022 Planning and Zoning Commission Meeting, PCBC submitted its preliminary plat, which includes "putting [a] sidewalk in the rear of the property for (future and/or connecting) trail/trailhead access along the floodway"
Included were preliminary renderings of the front and back of the new building.
During the Monday, 13 February 2023 Board of Adjustment Meeting, Parker County Brewery representatives also mentioned their plans for live music and a back porch for views of the natural landscape and trails along the creek. They also empathized their plans to keep the majority of trees on their property.
