The Willow Park Planning and Development Department presented their Quarterly Report, [1, including .pdf and charts] during the 22 October 2024 Council Meeting [2].
Overall, there were fewer permits issued by the City in this 2023 - 2024 City calendar year (399) than in last 2022 - 2023 City calendar year (433). Permits began to slow the end of 2023 but rebounded mid-2024. However in Q4, there were only 1 commercial site development plan review and 2 residential single family - dwelling permits.
In Q4, Willow Park welcomed new commercial businesses with 2 certificates of occupancy and issued 6 commercial tenant remodel permits.
