During the 24 April 2023 Council Meeting Agenda Item 6, (video available, in .pdf), the Willow Park Development Department reported on commercial and residential updates in Willow Park.
All Permits Issued from January 1 to March 31, 2023:
Total Permits Issued: 141
Total intake for Permit Fees: $109,505.20
Note: New commercial and residential development are gathered around I20, leaving the north half of Willow Park as large lot residential houses, farms and ranches. The best of both rural and suburban -- and just twenty (20) miles from Willow Park to Fort Worth.
