Although The Fort Card Room has an Aledo address, it is not in Aledo or in the Aledo extra jurisdictional territory, ETJ. (It has an Aledo address because it is in the area covered by the US Post Office in Aledo.)
It is not in Tarrant County or in the Fort Worth ETJ.
It is in Parker County and is under the ordinances of Parker County, which has no specific ordinances or restrictions on private card rooms. The Fort Card Room will pay Parker County sales tax, but no city sales tax.

The Fort Card Room found a home in an industrial area of Parker County but not in the residential, family neighborhood of Willow Park.
Coming: Epilogue 2 needs to address the unanswered questions about The Fort Card Room's attempt to establish itself in Willow Park.
