Trinity Court is the first asphalt street repair in the Willow Park Street Improvement Project, Phase One. The city engineer indicated, during the 25 April 2023 Council Meeting, work started on Trinity Court the week of 24 April 2023 with a "small crew working on the fourteen (14) driveways on Trinity Court; they are trying to do two (2) a day."

A good summary of the issues that are plaguing many of those who live along the latest Willow Park street construction project, especially those who live on Crown Road, Trinity Drive, Trinity Court, Sam Bass Drive, Sam Bass Court, and others tangential streets.
• Road Project Update October 2023 Newsletter, Willow Park City Website, 09 October 2023. The Trinitv Drive / Trinity Court / Sam Bass Court area has asphalt complete, but there are still several miscellaneous items to be checked off before the project is fully ready.
• Trinity Drive asphalt work begins September 20, Willow Park Website, 19 September 2023. Tomorrow (Sept. 20), crews will lay asphalt on Trinity Drive, weather permitting. Please seek an alternate route when traveling through the area and watch for signs/road workers instructing traffic.
• 28 July 2023, WPC Q&A: "Trinity Drive, Trinity Court, and Sam Bass Court (Asphalt Roads - Group 1) – The lime stabilization process of the subgrade is underway. After a “cooking period” the lime subgrade will be remixed and then compacted into its final grade. The final phase will be the placement of the asphalt pavement." With Crown Road behind schedule and Kings Gate Road started 06 March 2023, construction began this week on two (2) more Willow Park roads, on the eastbound side of Ranch House Road between Vista Dr/East Lake Dr and Crown Road and on Trinity Court.
