• Crown Road, Ranch House Road, King’s Gate Road, Trinity Drive, Trinity Court, Sam Bass Court, Crested Butte Court, Ridge Haven Court, Pleasant Court, and Old Ford Road
• Final walk-thru inspections were performed for each of the streets. Punch lists were created and formally given to the contractor.

• The reconstruction of Sam Bass Road from Ranch House Road to Squaw Creek Road is substantially complete. The 2-barrel, 4' x 8' box culvert has been installed. Driveways have been removed and replaced. Roadside ditches have been graded and all disturbed areas hydromulched.
• Road Project Update October 2023 Newsletter, Willow Park City Website, 09 October 2023. Ranch House Road is nearly complete. Roadside ditches are in progress and the last of the intersections are being poured. Once the striping is complete, the road will be fully re-opened.
• 07 August 2023, Ranch House Road traffic switch, August 7. This morning, crews switched the traffic flow on Ranch House Road (between Crown Road and Vista/East Lake).The eastbound lane is now OPEN and the westbound lane is closed. • 21 July 2023 "Ranch House Road – The contractor will begin work on the concrete riprap next week. Once construction of the eastbound lane is complete, the contractor will switch traffic to start construction on the westbound lane. Ranch House Road is approximately 45% complete." With Crown Road behind schedule and Kings Gate Road started 06 March 2023, construction began this week on two (2) more Willow Park roads, on the eastbound side of Ranch House Road between Vista Dr/East Lake Dr and Crown Road and on Trinity Court. • 24 April 2023 Traffic Patterns Ranch House Road is beginning the week of 24 April 2023. On 21 April 2023, the City identified construction traffic patterns and warned Willow Park drivers the Willow Park Police would be monitoring traffic closely.
• Ranch House Road construction May 15-22, Willow Park website, 15 May 2023. TRAFFIC ALERT Crews will be replacing concrete on the Ranch House Road bridge May 15-22 just north of Fox Hunt Trail. The road will be shut down to one lane during the work and temporary signal lights will be in place at the bridge. Please drive slowly in the area, observe the signals, and watch for workers!
• Ranch House Road Construction May 12, Willow Park website, 12 May 2023. Crews will be working on the Ranch House Road bridge today just north of Fox Hunt Trail. The road will be shut down to one lane during the work and traffic crews will be in place. Please drive slowly in the area and watch for workers!

• Site Barricades personnel will install barricades, warning/detour signs, and traffic cones.
• Willow Park City Facebook 21 April 2023 "Beginning Monday, April 24, construction crews will be mobilizing for work on the eastbound side of Ranch House Road between Vista Dr/East Lake Dr and Crown Road. Please remember: NO EASTBOUND TRAFFIC IS ALLOWED DURING THIS PHASE OF CONSTRUCTION, PERIOD. If you live along this stretch of Ranch House, you will be allowed back and forth to your home, but only westbound. Please see the attached map for detours and alternate routes.
"Willow Park Police Department will be watching and will be issuing citations for wrong-way driving. Please don't endanger yourself or anyone else by disobeying the signs.
"We are aware that this is going to be a huge inconvenience for those in the area, particularly since Crown Road is southbound only at this time. Relief is on the way! Traffic should be switching to northbound only on Crown soon.
We appreciate everyone's patience during this process. It will be well-worth it when the projects are complete."

Road projects set to begin early 2023 The City of Willow Park is expecting to begin a major road improvement project in early 2023. The first roads included in the project will be reconstructed with cement and include the following areas: Crown Road (from Ranch House Road south to the city limits), Sam Bass Road, Ranch House Road (from Crown Road to Vista), Kingsgate Road (from north of the bridge to the top of the hill). After the cement projects are completed, the following roads will be reconstructed in asphalt: Old Ford Road and adjoining cul de sacs, Sam Bass Ct., Trinity Road, Trinity Ct.
