• Crown Road, Ranch House Road, King’s Gate Road, Trinity Drive, Trinity Court, Sam Bass Court, Crested Butte Court, Ridge Haven Court, Pleasant Court, and Old Ford Road
• Final walk-thru inspections were performed for each of the streets. Punch lists were created and formally given to the contractor.
• Sam Bass Road
• The reconstruction of Sam Bass Road from Ranch House Road to Squaw Creek Road is substantially complete. The 2-barrel, 4' x 8' box culvert has been installed. Driveways have been removed and replaced. Roadside ditches have been graded and all disturbed areas hydromulched.
• Asphalt work begins on Old Ford Road October 17, City of Willow Park Website, 16 October 2023. Heads up Old Ford Road and side street residents! Crews will begin asphalt on Old Ford Road TOMORROW MORNING, October 17. They will do one side at a time, so you'll be able to get in and out of your homes, but please watch for crews and signs and be cautious during the road work. We appreciate your patience as we work to make Willow Park better for you!
• Road Project Update October 2023 Newsletter, Willow Park City Website, 09 October 2023 Work has now begun on Old Ford Road / Crested Butte Court / Ridgehaven Court / Pleasant Court, with crews milling the roads the last week of September. The next phase of the project will be stabilizing the roads before laying asphalt.
• Old Ford Road, Road work to begin Sept. 26, Road work to begin Sept. 26 on Old Ford Road, City of Willow Park website, 25 September 2023 Road crews will begin asphalt work on Old Ford Road and adjoining cul-de-sacs beginning tomorrow, Sept. 26. If you live in that area, you may experience some traffic delays. Please watch for workers and obey traffic signs.
• 21 July 2023, Crested Butte Court, Ridge Haven Court, Pleasant Court, and Old Ford Road (Asphalt Roads - Group 2) - The contractor has begun work on the Asphalt Roads - Group 2 drive approaches. After all driveways have been removed and replaced (Groups 1 and 2), the contractor will begin the asphalt reconstruction. The Asphalt Roads - Group 2 driveways are 25% complete. Willow Park Website

Work will begin tomorrow on in your neighborhood The construction company will start with the driveway approaches. Once ALL the driveway approaches have been completed, the crews will move on to paving Old Ford Road, Crested Butte Court, Pleasant Court, and Ridge Haven Court. • 10 April 2023, Capital Improvement Project update, Street construction and drainage work continue, Willow Park city Website. The project consists of removing and replacing approximately 36,500 square yards of existing asphalt pavement with concrete paving and replacing approximately 18,600 square yards of asphalt pavement with 2” HMAC. List of Streets:Crown Road, King’s Gate Road, Ranch House Road, Sam Bass Road, Sam Bass Court, Trinity Drive, Trinity Court, Old Ford Road, Crested Butte Court, Ridge Haven Court, Pleasant Court
