Standard Services Restaurant has started building toward Summer 2025.
During the 28 November 2023 Council Meeting, Agenda Item 4, the City amended and lengthened the time frame for the UNCO/Standard Services Chapter 380 Agreement, giving extra time to complete the new Standard Services Willow Park by Summer 2025.
This unusual concept in restaurants will offer
• a variety of food from light fare to rich comfort food;
• indoor, outdoor, take-out dining in a multi-restaurant concept including a farmer's market, and a smaller, wine & cheese bar, both in separate locations on the Standard Service campus;
• outdoor activities including pickle ball courts, live music, and a trailhead to Willow Park trails.

𝑺𝒕𝒂𝒏𝒅𝒂𝒓𝒅 𝑺𝒆𝒓𝒗𝒊𝒄𝒆, a brand of UNCO (HG Sply Co.), is coming to 𝐖𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐤, across I20 from The Shops at Willow Park. The $1 million, 8,657 FT² building will feature Pickleball, several dining areas, room for outdoor concerts & a Farmer’s Market.
The menu ranges from light fare to rich comfort food, with classic cocktails, beer & wine. The location will feature a larger restaurant with a smaller, separate wine & cheese bar.
A private open space within the property may be used for recreation opportunities for patrons and a trailhead to Willow Park trails.
UNCO has three other hospitality brands, HG Suply Co, Hero Restaurant Dallas & Leela’s Wine Bar.
Construction is scheduled to begin June 2024 & wrap up July 2025.
