Walsh Ranch Development is activating its long-term plan for a new shopping center at the corner of FM 3325 and I-20 "with a grocer expected to be announced within the next 90 days. Home Depot is also considering adding a location in this area. Once the grocer is confirmed, infrastructure work will commence, with the project expected to go vertical within 18 to 24 months." [1*]
Although officially in the City of Fort Worth [2], the new Walsh Shopping Center will be only five (5) miles from Willow Park.
A .pdf brochure, dated May 2024 and updated July 2024, presented by Walsh Ranch's sales agent Lincoln Property Company [2], shows the layout for the new Shopping Center.
