During the 14 January 2025 City Council Meeting, the Public is encouraged to speak during four (4) Public Hearing [2, 3], all concerning the Beall Development. The council Meeting is planned for Tuesday, 14 January 2025, 6 p.m. at the El Chico City Hall, 120 El Chico Trail, Suite A, Willow Park, Texas 76087


• Public Hearing [2] to enlarge and extend [annex] the boundary limits of said city to include an approximately 317.732 acre tract of land to include the Beall Development. [Details in petition .pdf] 


• Public Hearing [2] to enlarge and extend [annex] the boundary limits of said city to include an approximately 10.98 acre tract of land, having a centerline of 7,313 feet, of East Bankhead Highway Right-of-Way, [This purpose of this annexation is to make the City of Willow Park and the Beall Development contiguous and to give the City the right-of-way to connect City of Willow Park utilities, including water and wastewater, with the Beall Development.] [Details in petition, .pdf]

• Public Hearing [3] to consider the creation the City's financial incentive of the Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone Number Two, TIRZ, for the Beall Development [1].

Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Willow Park, Texas (the "City"), pursuant to Chapter 311.003 Texas Tax Code, as amended, (the "Act"), will hold a public hearing at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 14, 2025, in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 120 El Chico Trail, Suite A, Willow Park, Texas 76087 for the purpose of considering the creation of the Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone Number Two, City of Willow Park, Texas, located within the extraterritorial limits of the City.


• Public Hearing [3] to consider the creation the City's financial incentive of a Public Improvement District, PID, for the Beall Development [1].

Pursuant to Section 372.009(c) and (d) of the Texas Local Government Code, as amended (the “Act”), notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Willow Park, Texas (“City”), will hold a public hearing to accept public comments and discuss the petition (the “Petition”) filed by the person identified in the Petition (the “Petitioner”), requesting that the City create a public improvement district within the extraterritorial jurisdiction of the City to be referred to as the Beall-Dean Ranch Public Improvement District (the “District”).
