Soooooooo, we had a little excitement at city hall yesterday just after hours.....
The fire department thinks the fire was started by a delivery truck that sparked off spot fires in two locations along Ranch House Road. The building was mostly empty at the time and the excellent work of Willow Park Fire-Rescue stopped the fire before city hall or any vehicles were damaged.
Other than the grass being a little singed, all is well this morning and we are continuing with business as usual. Please continue to use caution and remember we have very dangerous fire conditions right now.
