During the 11 March 2025 Council Meeting [1], the City hired Jacob Martin, LLC, [2] at $525K, for design, bidding, and construction-phase services for the water, drainage, and street infrastructure improvements of the Squaw Creek Estates West Subdivision. This Willow Park subdivision includes Yucca, Mesa, Cactus, and Verde Roads.
These activities will be funded equally through fund balance from the City's General Fund, Water Fund, and Drainage Fund. [1]
