During the 18 April 2023 P&Z Meeting, Canvas Leasing Manager Brittni Lee indicated of the 110 townhouses, only twenty one (21) were finished construction, and of those finished six (6) were already occupied and thirteen (13) were pre-leased. In addition, the Canvas goal is to have all 110 townhomes leased by the end of 2023.
Also, during the P&Z meeting, Canvas requested temporary signs be placed for a year at the corner of Kings Gate Road and I20 Service Road.

Originally marketed by Wilks Development as 101Row, the 101 owner-occupant townhome project in Willow Park North has been sold to Argosy Real Estate Partners to become 101 townhomes for lease.
According to the Argosy website Argosy Real Estate Partners Acquires Site for the Development of Canvas at Willow Park. 22 June 2021 "We are pleased to announce that Argosy Real Estate Partners has acquired an approximately 15-acre, fully-entitled site for the ground-up development of Canvas at Willow Park, a 110-unit single family build-for-rent community. The site is located in Willow Park, a desirable suburb of Fort Worth, TX. The project is located within a larger walkable mixed-use development called Willow Park North, which features townhomes, multifamily apartments, single-family homes, retail and office spaces, a hotel, parks, trails, and a community events lawn.
"The project will feature townhome-style, semi-attached homes with open floor plans consisting of three- to four-bedrooms.
