Hold a Town Hall meeting to discuss the creation of a tax increment reinvestment zone (Zone) to consider the benefits to the City and the property within the Zone. The Zone includes approximately 230.84 acres within the City and is, generally located in and adjacent to Crown Pointe subdivision, an addition of the City, north of Interstate 20, west of Kings Gate Road and east of Crown Pointe Boulevard.

3. Discussion/Action: To consider and act on Ordinance 739‐16 authorizing the creation a tax increment reinvestment zone for that certain 230.84 acres, more or less, within the City and is, generally located in and adjacent to Crown Pointe subdivision, an addition of the City, north of Interstate 20, west of Kings Gate Road and east of Crown Pointe Boulevard appointing a TIRZ board.
4. Discussion/Action – To consider and act on Ordinance 740‐16 authorizing a request to rezone to “Class I – Special Purpose: “PD” Planned Development District” for that certain 140.3 acre tract, more or less, being situated in the A. McCarver Survey, Abstract 910, the W. Franklin Survey, Abstract 468, the I. Hendley Survey, Abstract 619, the M. Edwards Survey, Abstract 1955, and the J. Froman Survey, Abstract 471, Parker County, Texas, also being a portion of that certain tract described in DOC #201612056, Official Public Records, Parker County, Texas, generally located north of Interstate 20, west of Kings Gate Road and east of the Crown Pointe Subdivision, an addition of the City.
