Background: The Texas Code of Criminal Procedure requires that the Chief Administrator of the law enforcement agency submit an annual report to the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement (TCOLE) and to the Governing body of the municipality. [Full report in agenda packet.]
2. Discussion/Action: update on Municipal Court.
Background: The Municipal Court Judge: Carol Gauntt will be giving update on Municipal Court and brief report on the below reports: Revenue Collections, Fee Reports, Offenses Report, Comparison Study Report [Full report in agenda packet.]

Discussion/Action: Discussion/Action: The city Council may consider, discuss and take action on a resolution creating the Capital Improvements Advisory Committee and appointing its members and establishing and adopting procedural rules for, and duties associated with, the Committee in accordance with Chapter 395 of the Texas Local Government Code
Background:
• … The primary purpose of the advisory committee is to advise and assist in the preparation of the land use assumptions and the capital improvements plan. The advisory committee also has the ongoing responsibility to produce semi-annual reports and assist in the updating of the impact plan. The advisory committee shall be composed of not less than five (5) members who shall be appointed by the City Council…
• Staff recommends the City Council appoint the current Planning and Zoning Commission and add Randy L Pack as the ETJ representative to serve as the Capital Improvements Advisory Committee.
4. Discussion/Action: to adopt an amendment to Ordinance No. 848-22 Ordering the 2022 General Election.
Background: Parker County will be holding a May 7th General Election this year. The First Baptist Church Willow Park is the early voting and election day voting place therefore Willow Park City Hall cannot be an election day voting place. The amendment is to remove city hall as the election day voting poll and replace it with the First Baptist Willow Park Church.
