Discussion/Action: To consider all matters incident and related to the issuance and sale of “City of Willow Park, Texas, Combination Tax and Waterworks and Sewer System Surplus Revenue Certificates of Obligation, Series 2021” including the adoption of an ordinance authorizing the issuance of such certificates in an amount not to exceed $6,500,000 to finance the costs of paying contractual obligations to be incurred (i) for constructing, acquiring, purchasing, renovating, enlarging, equipping, and improving water system property or facilities, including rights-of-way therefor and, and (ii) to pay professional services rendered in relation to such projects and the financing thereof. #WastewaterTreatmentPlant

3. Discussion/ Action: Following the public hearing the City Council may consider, discuss and/or take action on an ordinance adopting the Municipal Drainage Utility Systems Act and declaring the City's drainage system to be a public utility. #StormDrainage

Discussion/ Action: The City Council may consider, discuss and take action on approving a preliminary schedule of drainage charges to be charged to benefitted property as deemed by the Municipal Drainage Utility Systems Act for publication in the newspaper. A public hearing will be conducted on the drainage charges at a future Council meeting, such meeting tentatively scheduled for February 23, 2021. #StormDrainage

Discussion/ Action: The City Council may consider, discuss and take action on a resolution creating the Capital Improvements Advisory Committee and appointing its members and establishing and adopting procedural rules for, and duties associated with, the Committee in accordance with Chapter 395 of the Texas Local Gov't Code.
